Our goal is to obtain gainful employment for all program participants as well as maintaining such employment through training, supervision, and help with adjustment to the work environment with the ultimate goal of ensuring an employer’s satisfaction with the new employee’s work performance.
Five Mid Shore regions (Dorchester, Talbot, Queen Annes, Caroline, Kent) and the three Lower Shore regions (Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset).

Counseling about resources and entitlement implications as well as other benefits
Preparing for the job interview
Contacting prospective employers to determine their employment needs
Ascertaining from prospective employers job requirement and skills needed
Completing the application process
Help with identifying desired employment
