OUR VISION IS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

Our goal is to obtain gainful employment for all program participants as well as maintaining such employment through training, supervision, and help with adjustment to the work environment with the ultimate goal of ensuring an employer’s satisfaction with the new employee’s work performance.

Job Placement

OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

  • Pre-placement services.

  • Counseling about resources and entitlement implications as well as other benefits.

  • Help with identifying desired employment.

  • Contacting prospective employers to determine their employment needs.

  • Ascertaining from prospective employers job requirement and skills needed.

  • Completing the application process.

  • Preparing for the job interview.

  • Assistance with transportation to and from appointments as needed.

  • Assistance in maintaining independent employment.

  • Job coaching.
